35 years of combined public and private sector work experience has provided ample experiences, opportunities and lessons in leadership. My portfolio includes initiatives involving road-safety messaging, promotion of healthy lifestyles using active school travel and pedestrian safety programs for students. Hiring customer-service driven and safety-minded individuals; I supervise these front-end customer service providers across city-wide warranted locations. Promoting social responsibility by connecting the community's older generation with a sense of purpose, routine, responsibility and income to a vulnerable sector – young students; who receive safe, friendly, and reliable assistance with their daily commutes. Proud mother of five, and currently enrolled in Wilfrid Laurier University’s online Combined Honours BA in Criminology & Policing program; a program providing unique and valuable insight as it's geared toward understanding the nature of people and how to connect with them. Highlighting Communication, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusivity and Connectivity with community and variable stakeholders.
